The Susquehanna Hat Company / Bio

The Susquehanna Hat Company is an original folk band with influences that range from 50's rock and roll to 80's thrash metal, bluegrass, mountain string, jazz, folk sounds from south and eastern Europe, and space.

Formed in June of 2010, SHC is a musical cornucopia of sounds, styles and instruments, employing the use of banjo, accordion, bass harmonica and more.

So armed and partnered, the two most hated instruments on the planet Banjo and Accordion {the Bordionacanjo} brandish a deplorable repertoire of newly ancient old-timey songs, The Susquehanna Hat Company now sets out the lay the groundwork for the coming of Alagash Squimley and world domination, nay, rather... destruction!
