My first influences are my parent's tastes in music (who's aren't?). I like the Beatles, Simon and Garfunkel, some Dan Fogelburg, and Boston to name a few. Later I started listening to modern artists like Seal, Jars of Clay, Sarah McLachlan, Sixpence None the Richer, and the Smashing Pumpkins. I primarily play acoustic guitar but I have an electric too. I like soft, quiet music but I like to rock out every once in a while. I'm currently enjoying the latest Smashing Pumpkins, Angels and Airwaves, and a few bands like Dr. Dog, Suffian Stevens, Anamaguchi, and Metric that I was introduced to by friends at the McDonald's I work at.
