CONNIE D'ONOFRIO started started in Musical Theater & trained for 8 yrs which led to TV & recording. She was asked to sing with BILLY JOEL'S BAND in 1995 as a substitute vocalist at NYC China Club. She has been on the USA cable network in a TV show called "CAFE USA" where she performed with CAPT. & TENILLE,JODY WHATLEY,and countless others. BARBARA HARRIS of "THE TOYS", who made the #1 song in 1962,"LOVERS CONCERTO", requested she and Gary,her husband, to join her as background vocalists for her concert. Connie was in the movie "GLOWROPES: The Rise & Fall of a Bar Mitzvah Emcee" The Movie won the best picture award at the HBO International Latino Film Festival NY in 2005. She also sang at the Continental Arena in NJ for a POP TART promotional venture at the American Idol live tour in 2006 where she was well received. Currently she is a finalist in the Empire City Casino Lucky Break Contest at Yonkers raceway, NY . She’s hoping for a win of 25K and two tickets to Hollywood for an audition for record producers. The contest can be seen Sundays at Noon and Midnight on cable channel WLNY 10/55 .
GARY D'ONOFRIO is a seasoned Guitarist. He formed his own 12 piece wedding band which performed with many personalities. He played bass for THE CASINOS who sang their #1 song from 1967, "THEN YOU CAN TELL ME GOODBYE". He brings his musical spirit and passion to the Trio. Gary plays many instruments which include Guitar, Mandolin, Banjo, Piano, Bass and Drums. He has also performed with BARBARA HARRIS and opened for THE DUPREES. He has performed in Atlantic City , The Poconos and the top catering halls and clubs through out the Tri-state area.
JOHN RODRIGUEZ has an extensive back round ranging from musical theater to recording Gospel and R&B. Since he was able to walk, John has always wanted to entertain. John has done numerous musicals, concerts and benefits. He has also recorded and sung with the Christian vocal group, VOICES THAT BLEND. His vocal talents include the ability to impersonate famous celebrities and singers from Cher ,William Shatner, Nat King Cole, Dean Martin ,Sammy Davis Jr., Silvester Stallone, Elvis, just to name a few.
