Honeywell Sound Machine is a one band featuring instrumental guitar music. The main guitar is an ES335 Gibson. The other instruments used are bass, acoustic guitar and mandolin. The music is influenced by many years in local bands playing a variety of styles such as: Classic rock, oldies, some hard rock, some country and blues.
The first album, No More Words, has a mix of rock and nice sounding songs. Workin is about going to a job all week and looking forward to the weekend. Downtown is a blues song about getting to the weekend and going "Downtown". Train is about playing with the boys in the band.
The second album, Enough Said, starts out acoustic and ends up electric. The bass has more presence in this collection. Movin and Going Back Home each have a bass solo with drum background.
Jams is a collection of songs that is a little less structured. Some of the songs are longer than usual so all the notes can be played. These songs are featured on sites as free downloads.
The music uplifting and easy to listen to.
