Founding members Joshua Kraft and Samuel Ferree were introduced through mutual friend and musician, Luke Baker. After only a few practice sessions Black Thirteen was formed. Named after an evil wizard's glass from the "Dark Tower" series by Stephen King this band is one to keep an eye on. In just a short period of time they have shared the stage with several noteworthy and national touring acts such as Hed PE, Jeffrey Nothing, Motivated by Silence, A Dying Regime, and Team Cybergeist. The band has had several members cycle through over the past year or so but the current lineup consists of T.J. Baker, Shawn Clemons, Buck Colson, Sam Ferree, and Josh Kraft.

They may not be gunslingers but they share a similar code. These men have not forgotten the faces of their fathers. Their Ka-Tet is strong, and their journey has just begun.
