Denver’s electro-pop darlings FLASH/LIGHTS have been turning heads ever since their Binary Records debut “Hidden Behind Trees EP”, earned them a mention in NME’s Buzzworthy Artists, and was named one of Westword Magazine’s best releases of 2011. Known for their intoxicating light & fog show, FLASH/LIGHTS have shared the stage with the likes of New Order, Tycho, Toro Y Moi, Miami Horror, Cherub, Youth Lagoon, and Gardens & Villa, and have been cutting their teeth on the festival circuit with performances at SXSW, CMJ, UMS, SnowBall, Treefort, and Westword Music Showcase.
2012 marks the release of their sophomore EP “So Close To Midnight“ through Holy Underground (HUG Records) to rave reviews. SCTM is a brighter, more dance-oriented collection of songs, and boasts remixes by the likes of Brothertiger, Slow Magic, and Fabian. Download the EP for free via Bandcamp, and keep an eye out for a new single to be released late this October.
