Troy Moore is a solo musician based out of Douglasville GA. His songs have a Beatles-esk sound with other space rock and 90’s alternative influence. The catalog of songs began with numbers such as “All The Girls” and “For You I Will” that were intended to sound as much like the early Beatles as possible. Later, Songs such as “Forest Drunk” and “Head Over Pills” made a name for them selves while reaching towards originality with an attitude both pessimist and humorous. Shortly after the extremely local success of the first batch of songs died down, New songs such as “Radioactive Playground” and “Rock’n Roll Trampoline” included punk and reggae influence which took his style in a new direction. During that time the project name was temporarily changed to “Blind Smile” while two Musicians from Douglasville step’t in to join. A bassist and a Drummer who where enthusiastic about the songs and eager to play them in the local bars gave a liveliness to the songs which hadn’t been heard in them before. Blind Smile lasted for a little over a year playing the bars of Douglasville and nearby county’s until the name “Blind Smile” pulling on a sort of psychedelic commercialism seemed to only clash with the songs by pointing out how noncommercial they were. Not only did the band name pose a problem, The experience of playing in the bars of Doulgasville was becoming dull and no longer served a purpose, Nor did it bring in any substantial revenue. The name has sense then been switched back to “Troy Moore”, the member count is back to one "Troy Moore" and the production of new songs has slowed but has remained consistent With recent songs such as "Maybe Tomorrow" and "Bottles On The Road".
