STD is a METAL band from Dallas Texas. Inspired by thrash, death, black and doom metal, the band writes and performs songs with a unique sound that combines old and new schools of heavy metal. Live performances are manic and high energy, while the music is tight enough to strangle with. Year One of The Devil was 2005, and so far STD has played extensively throughout the Midwest and Southern states. SECRET DEMONS was the 1st record of The Devil, a collection of their previously unreleased EPs that came out in 2009. PORNOGRAPHIC SCRIPTURE is their new full-length album that debuted at the beginning of 2012. DIY in attitude, STD constantly strives to become better and bigger.
