Circadian / Bio

Circadian is a five piece band from the North West UK. Formed back in 2008 as No Good Reason, the replacement of founding member Jonathan Peachey with Paul Dyson on guitars resulted in a name change, a new musical direction, and in many ways a new beginning.

To draw obvious comparisons to major artists is not easy, but fans of Tool, Russian Circles, A Perfect Circle, Deftones and other alternative rock and metal acts may well pick up on the influences drawn from these and other bands.

Most apparent in Circadians music is a dark, experimental quality. Heavy riffs meet intricate chord sequences, underpinned by a solid rhythm section. The powerful, emotional vocals of Jackson Green defy traditional hard rock/metal cliches and add to the unique blend of styles that forms Circadians music.
