For eons mankind has tempted the Pantheons of Nature,
with no less crass or conviction than Satan's own legions
of Idolatry and Hatred, guarding the temple gates.
We beg and plead our reverence before his throne, not for the paradox of tranquility or the sweet surrender of antiquity, but for one more hour.... in the garden... alone.
