Looking for salvation by living on the edge
Talking to strangers and never going to bed
Every moment a memory, every minute a dream
Overtired and reckless to the very extreme

It reminds me of the garden of the lady down the road
She plants her seeds by the window so she can watch them grow
They go on with their plant life and they do it all day long

When she feels that it’s slipping again
