Alone in my cave, deep in the mountain core
I walk and talk; I write and pet myself
I feel protected by the mountain walls more....
I sing and dance.... I cry all by myself

No one here to bug, or hurt, or love me no more
No communication what so ever, just myself

The distance that you feel... that’s us being kind

We feel and fear you; we hear the soft words....
We feel the one you speak with.... losing grip
That soft kiss still burns on his lips.... he’s out of words
We feel that we are sinking in this mighty ship

Try to fight back! Push the one you kissed in words...
To say these words and restore our grip...

The ground is shaking and braking... we are in panic

I feel moved; you lift my chin with your soft hand
You.... smile like the sun; you warm my heart.... tears run slowly...
Now somebody knows me....
