Snowflakes on the windshield…don’t last very long
This truck well she may be old…but the heater still blows strong
Lately it’s the only place…where I can feel some warmth
I used to have a love on fire…now she’s turned to dust

I’m staring down a highway…I’ve never traveled on
Thought I’d been on every road…looks like I was wrong
This one sure is different…see I got no place to go
So I’m heading north… to Idaho

Try to live my life…like the roads that I’ve been through
I 95 is straight ahead…like I was with you
Roger’s Pass has highs and lows…I rode them all with you
66 has curves and thrills…I felt them all in you
