Can’t remember the last time I heard your voice, I never seem to be your first choice you’re always talking on the phone, just can’t leave those problems alone, Girl you need to step back, you say; Girl he said this, Girl he said that, Girl he did this, Girl he did that, you say; If I knew this, I would have done that, you got me wondering where your heart’s at.

I wish my words and my ways consumed all you’re days, I want to be what you desire the object of your praise. Can you love me like that? I’m longing for you; can you love me the way that I love you? Will I be the one that you’ll love when your world comes undone? Can you love me like that? Girl stop talkin and start walkin, Into the things that I have for you, A life full of peace joy and prosperity, Don’t you know how much I love you?

I wish your words and your ways gave me all the praise, you’re everything that I desire I’m with you all your days. Can you love me like that? I’m longing for you. Can you love me the way that I love you? Will I be the one that you’ll love when your world comes undone? Can you love me like that?

I wanna be the one that you run to, I wanna be the one that you need; I’m Jehovah Jira, your provider, you’ll find everything in me. I wanna be the one that you run to, I wanna be the one that you need, open up your heart and receive.

What God wants more then anything, is to have a personal relationship with us. He loves us unconditionally and is longing to be the first one we run too with our problems or concerns. Why? Because only He knows the Final out come of the situation. He’s faithful and true. He doesn’t promise a relationship that’s easy but He promises never to leave us all alone to handle it by ourselves.

Love God with everything; put nothing before Him who loved us first…
