This song was recorded on day one of my new project in the Muldoon Boys and Girls Club studio. I introduced the Alesis iOs Dock for the iPad into our recording session along with an ukulele. My apprentice Fred, laid the ukulele track, and he freestyled the vocals. I then conjured up a beat of hip-hop pads and Congas / Cajon. Before leaving I was approached by a young girl who asked if she could sing and I of course could not refuse. The child's voice is her free styling to the music without hearing Fred's singing. In mixing down the song I discovered that Fred's track and her track coincided with each other if I chopped them up a little bit.
