"Forgive me love for dreaming a little bit."
Like your first love, Ravello is easy to remember and hard to forget. Unwavering in passion, Ravello strives towards a lasting mark on music, through sweeping melodies and boldly delicate lyrics. Emerging on the Nashville scene, Ravello is not just another rock band. The band gratifies a trip down memory lane while pioneering a fresh, young sound that dominates Music City. Elusive and daunting yet intimately familiar, Ravello eases your pain and rattles your heart.
The band's first full length LP Nostalgia released on December 4, 2012; independently on their own imprint, RxRecordings. The record, bringing nine original tracks ranging from upbeat party songs to lovesick anthems is exactly that, nostalgic. The record was produced by Thomas Doeve and Ravello, with the engineering skills of Joshua Niles, and was tracked analog to tape. Mixed by Vance Powell (Jack White, Raconteurs, Radiohead) and mastered by Richard Dodd (George Harrison, The Civil Wars, Tom Petty). Nostalgia represents the heart and soul that is Ravello, while hinting at far more to come.
Nostalgia is available on 12" vinyl through ravello.us and digitally everywhere.
