A native of Gary, Indiana Arthur Richardson began singing at the family fish fry's and elementary school talent shows."I was 8 when i wrote my first song to a girl who lived downstairs from our apartment, it was about 6 lines"! A.R.began acting in Gary’s city-wide High School Gifted and Talented program, then in high school A.R. was clowning in class and a math teacher turned him over to the drama teacher instead the principal hysterically laughing and saying "He needs his own T.V. show!"
A gifted amateur and professional boxer with a passion for singing, A.R. continued writing R&B and Hip-Hop, Arthur also honed his thespian skills in several productions at Indiana's Firehouse, the famed South Bend Civic Theater, where he performed in shows like Blues from an "Alabama Sky" and "Aint Mis Behavin" which still hold records for theater attendance.
Arthur moved to Los Angeles after pressure from friends and with the support of family to take his talents to the next level.
Now after National commercials for Pfizer, Mizuno Golf and AARP, several episodes on B.E.T's Played by Fame and several theater productions you can catch A.R. performing stand up comedy too! Just the beginning of great things to come from a gifted entertainer!
