Brushwood was formed by Jim Richardson(lead vocals/guitars), Alexei Akimov(lead guitars),Craig Power(drums) and George Crecoukias(bass guitar) in Toronto in the spring of 2006.
The band has one full length CD project released on June 21, 2008. Including numerous current recordings released on-line with guest players. Brushwood is about peace and spiritual freedom. A band catering to all ages and tastes. A sound tasted by some, and sounding comfortably familiar to others. Promoting positive change, love and healing always.
