Karen Chronister is a performing songwriter from Pennsylvania. An Alumni of Jeffrey Steele's 4th Annual Boot Camp, 1st Place NEAG songwriting winner, "The Pub Deal" Top 25 Finalist, and 2013 ISC Semi-Finalist, she writes with Jason Cox (Ragdoll), Shirley Logan, Kevin Major, Naked Blue, Scott Anderson, and a slew of other new co-writers. As a special note, writing with the late Maurice Carter was an honor. He is dearly missed.

As a performing songwriter, Karen is "...earthy, honest, blues-tinged and never far from Americana roots." A seasoned singer/songwriter, Karen has performed for the past 12 years as a duo and with her band 'The Collective" at festivals, wineries, coffee houses, special events, and writer's nights.

Karen owns The WordShop, a professional writing and marketing business, teaches writing workshops, and loves travel writing.
