Midnight Chainsaw was formed in late 2009 by Marc Munoz, Seth Cedars, Charlie Cox, and Scott Timmons. The band is determined to change the way people listen to rock music today, and to cross together garage rock, metal, classic rock, punk rock, and thrash to make the most evil sound that has ever been evil in the history of evil sounds. All four members are experienced musicians and are working together to really make a new, interesting, and evil sound. According to Cox: "The band, to me, is like everything I like about metal and rock, but not as unnecessary, or juiced up on testosterone." The band has claimed to be influenced by bands such as Queens of the Stone Age, Queen, and others that start with q, but are mostly influenced by horror movies such as The Exorcist, Army of Darkness, and Evil Dead. Midnight Chainsaw has recently been featured in the VH1 cruise, and is currently touring the U.S.. Hopefully, Midnight Chainsaw will come to your town!
