Dirty Rotten Liars, from Susquehanna, PA, a dingy railroad town that lived its glory days long before your great grandfather knew what sex was or how babies were made, is where we've called home for presumably way too long. We spend alot of our time bitching about about things, smoking cigarettes, talking about quitting, grumbling about drinking less over a few cold ones, sitting on our front porches waving to the same thirty people we've known our whole lives, dissecting the usual barrage of crap we call media and government, school and society, but mostly talking about music, our favorite bands of yesteryear, the stuff we may actually like today, and wondering how the hell anyone makes it in the music business. If you know, please tell us.
Our influences are alcoholism, divorce, open field keggers, good teachers, bad teachers, fast food, marlboro lights, big wheels, Reaganomics, and the Goonies. Musical influences include all 90's rock and classic rock, various tv commericial songs, such as Golden Crisp cereal and all the McDonald's jingles throughout the years. I'm sure you'll see us playing somewhere in the near future, maybe with Limp Bisquick or pickleback, doing covers of Master of Puppets until the slow part comes that no one knows how to play or covering Polly with the guy from Staind. Either way, we hope to see you soon. God Bless you all, DRL
