Heather Stewart / Bio

Heather is an award winning singer-songwriter in Los Angeles. Most recently, her song "If I Can't Take You With Me" won BEST AMERICANA SONG at the 2011 Mailbu Music Awards. She has also been featured on the radio on 102.1 in San Diego, CA.

She started her singing career as a background vocalist for the “Inda Eaton Band” where she toured the U.S. opening for such acts as Hootie and the Blowfish, LeAnn Rimes, John Hiatt, and Blues Traveler. After returning from "the road" she decided it was time to go creatively one step further and start writing her own music. She collaborated with talented and locally based songwriter Peter Andrews. The result is her debut CD, "Life of the Party". The title track went on to be featured in an episode of ABC's "Men in Trees". Another track, "Lonely Woman" can be heard in the hit indie film, "Young, Single and Angry" which is currently available on Netflix.

So, the buzz is about. She is currently performing around Los Angeles but it more than willing to bring her music to your venue! Check it out!!!!!
