1980-1989 The group "Zion",released three albums,"Eternal Horizons","Joyful Noiz"and "Cry Out". 1989-91 Founded the power trio "Mercy". 1991-2003 Founded "Dave Day's Mercy Blues Band". Released "Blues is My Favorite Color" and "Souled Out Blues". Opened for or shared the stage with: Kim Hill, Wayne Kirkpatrick, Randy Stonehill, Randy Rothwell, Marty Nystrom, Servant, Greg Voltz, Buckwheat Zydeco, Dave Mason, Michael Vannice, Gary Mallaber, The Karen Lovely Band, Curtis Salgado and Robert Cray to name a few. Currently performing with "Mercy (featuring Lynda Morrison)" and "Broadway Phil and The Shouters". Additionally I play guitar for Blues Hall of Fame artist Darrell Mansfield when he tours the Pacific Northwest.
