Caitlin Nicol-Thomas is an original singer/songwriter/violinist with a fresh writing style rooted in the values of the Midwest and blended with the progressive ideals of the Northeast. Her alternative, folky blues sound is accented by her refreshing vocal style that is both strong and achingly vulnerable.
She released her debut album, Troubled Times, in July 2008.
Caitlin was born and raised in Indianola, Iowa, but has also lived in Los Angeles, Chicago, and Boston. While in Boston, she graduated from the prestigious Berklee College of Music, where she continued to hone her songwriting, singing, and violin skills.
Caitlin's desire to entertain and bring joy and hope to others with her music is what keeps her going.
