She was born a goddess with the name Jessica Maria McKnuckle, however, overtime she found her own which explains the making of Noelle Ge'. Raised in the 2014 Fortune magazine most corrupt state, Mississippi, Noelle lived in a small town in MS northeast area known as West Point. At the age of four her birth mother was arrested and sentenced to serious jail time causing her and her three older siblings to live with her Aunt Joyce and Uncle George in the hood of Frog Bottom. Her aunt and uncle was determined to not have the hood in their house, despite the state of their community. Because of this Noelle became involved in theatre arts at home, school and church. Her first major exposure to music was in the St. Matthews COGIC youth choir. When choir practice was over and church service ended on Sundays, Noelle found herself still longing for the feeling of freedom music gave her. Noelle viewed this as a natural feeling due to her being related to the late great Rock and Roll Hall of Fame blues singer Howlin' Wolf. Noelle credits her aunt and uncle for introducing her to hip-hop, rap, soul, jazz, and rhythm & blues round the early/mid 1990s. On the weekends and all through out the summer, they turned up to Salt N Pepa, Kurupt, No Limit Soldiers, The Fugees, Smokey Robinson, Mary J. Blige, SWV, Michael Jackson, Aaliyah, Brandy, Monica, Kenny G, Queen Latifah, TLC, New Edition, Mariah Carey, Boyz II Men, Xscape, Changing Faces and many more artists of the time. When Noelle discovered Destinys' Child it was a rap. Noelle knew what goal she wanted to achieve in life, which was to become one of the greatest entertainers of all time. Things got even more serious with Lauryn Hills' Miseducation of Lauryn Hill album release. At the age of eight, she was ready to turn up. After years of participating in church and school plays, and talent shows, Noelle joined the school band and played the flute. But her bad girl ways caused her aunt and uncle to force her to drop all extracurricular activities until she changed her ways. Noelle started running away from home, she was suspended from high school for fighting and even flunked the ninth grade. In the tenth grade, Noelle landed her first job at McDonalds but her aunt made her quit because she discovered Noelle was being devious. In result, Noelle agreed to move to Jackson, MS to live with her biological mother. Every since 2006, Noelle has been living in Jackson aka Jacktown. Jackson is the place she learned about survival of the fittest and street smarts. She graduated from Lanier High in 2007 marking the beginning of her struggles as a young black female from the hood. Noelle was awarded a college scholarship but lost it due to her serious want of smoking weed, popping pills and turning up instead of attending class. Hinds Community College kicked her off campus and suspended Noelle from college in 2008. If it wasnt one thing it was another, because right after her suspension, Noelle moved to New Orleans and became a stripper, suffered from two serious pill overdoses and was court ordered to receive rehabilitation treatment at Whitfield in 2010. June 1, 2010 one week before she was released from rehab, her best friend was killed by a drunk driver. Noelle was released from rehab just in time to attend her funeral. Every since that day, Noelle has been steadfast and focused to not fail. Fall 2010 she went back to Hinds Community College, became a Dean Scholar and Sociology Club president and graduated with honors May 2012. In between that time she continued to write songs and constantly dreamed of still becoming one of the greatest entertainers of all time. So, 2011 she released two mixtapes (Fashionably Late and Goddess Witta Attitude). Noelle found herself being named the hottest female emcee out of Mississippi in no time. Today Noelle Ge' the Goddess has earned the title of Artist to Watch and even blessed the city of Boston with her Goddess style. There is so much more for the Goddess to conquer.
