Darkside Entertainment Music Group is a Canadian-started record label specializing in hip hop music. It was founded by KiLLA CAIN (Christopher Mathew Pinto).

DEMG CORP. is primarily engaged in producing, releasing, promoting and distributing music recordings, publishing music, or providing sound recording and related services. Darkside Entertainment Music Group Corporation is also involved in the manufacture of recordings, such as audio compact discs (CDs) and digital video discs (DVDs) as well as to promote and distribute these products to wholesalers, retailers or directly to the public. Darkside Entertainment Music Group produce master recordings, or obtain reproduction and/or distribution rights to master recordings produced by record production companies or other integrated record companies for resale and distribution of products to wholesalers, retailers and directly to the public.

Darkside Entertainment Music Group provides the facilities and technical expertise for recording musical performances and sound recordings. Other services include; audio production or post-production services for producing master recordings, and audio services for film, television and video productions.
