Anonymia began merely as a single song (Archen Basileus) for members of other bands (Curien and Revolution Overdue) to become more comfortable with performing vocals while playing. At this time the unnamed group had no intentions of calling themselves a real band or ever performing live. However under the influence of lots of alcohol, the trio began working on more songs. Shortly after at their first ever live performance with Negura Bunget they also released their initial demo "Feeding Death". With the surprise of taking on more shows that weren't in empty bars, Nobody joined the band to fill out live vocals. Later, partly do to the fact that the band now practices in his garage, he became of full time member. Anonymia then booked their second time opening for Paganfest America, and in the attempt to be more fitting with the likes of Korpiklaani and Turisas, That One Chick joined playing violin. Anonymia holds true to no one style of music, and anything from black to death to folk and even power metal will all make an appearance in future releases. Grab a beer, or two, or twelve and take the band for what it is.
