Rock and roll is supposed to be raw, emotional, and loud. It's supposed to grab you by the shirt collar, hold on tight, and never let go. It's the music that acts as the soundtrack of your life, delivering a good kick in the teeth.
And She Eats Planets delivers all of that in spades.
Often compared to bands like The Donnas, Paramore, and Letters to Cleo, She Eats Planets is a high-energy rock and roll dance party that just won't quit. Their sound is an intoxicating blend of classic rock beats and guitar riffs, intriciate and grooving bass lines, and pop vocals packing all of the punch of a cherry bomb.
She Eats Planets, based out of Plainville, CT, is comprised of Sara Hart (vocals), Laura Robida (guitars), Dan Anderson (bass), and Sara Seagrave (drums). The band is currently in the process of writing and recording its third studio album and looks forward to an active 2012.
