Jeb has played music since age 9 starting with saxophone and then later adding guitar, bass, and many other instruments. Adam, a friend from high-school, remembers "Jeb was the one I knew in school that had his own studio". Jeb's teeth were cut on 4-track recorders, 1/2" reels, and ADATs. In his college days he spent many hours in the studio writing and recording songs. Jeb has also filled in with hundreds of bands performing blues, rock, metal, country, and even a 2 1/2 year stint with a big band.
Jeb has taught for 17 years, working his way up to become one of the most saught-after teachers in the country. His attention to detail and willingness to learn from all people have given him a unique perspective on how to instruct. With over 50,000 private lessons given, Jeb credits his clean and emotional style to repeating the fundamentals while teaching others. He now trains bands around the country on how to improve their live sound through proper practice techniques.
Jeb plays primarily for up-and-coming National artist Danika Holmes (www.danikaholmes.com) performing over 150 shows a year throughout the U.S. and Europe. He also fills in with various bands and says he is working on an instrumental solo project.
In the studio Jeb stays busy as a session player and a producer. In 2010, Danika and Jeb founded Red Schoolhouse Records (www.redshrecords.com), a full service artist development company.
