Terry Davidson and the Gears / Bio

Terry Davidson is a veteran of the Heartland's music scene.
He has been playing Blues and Rock & Roll around the Eastern
U.S. for over forty years. His band’s electrifying performances have
won over fans from New England to Florida. In 1986, the song “DWI” from
the LP “Bangshift” saw regular rotation airplay on commercial radio.

Terry’s love of the Blues is at the forefront of his music. He has
performed in shows with many of the world's greatest Blues and Rock
& Roll artists. Muddy Waters, Buddy Guy, Johnny Winter, Chuck Berry,
Link Way, and The Fabulous Thunderbirds, to name just a few.
He has released 6 albums with Terry Davidson & the Gears. His solo
and duo shows are also in demand. He was chosen to play at the 2007
International Blues Challenge in Memphis.
Terry tours regularly around the U.S. The latest 2009 tour included the Gears
playing a week at the Broken Spoke in downtown Sturgis, South Dakota for
bike week.
The new album is “Damnation Blues”. It has already received airplay on
many regional and national radio and television programs. Europe and
Australia also have been playing T.D & the Gears on the airwaves.
