WinterSeeker / Bio

It's always tough to find good talent in the music world, and even harder to find those that jive with you. We're all on the same page as a band, and enjoy playing together as well as entertaining personalities. It's that smooth connection that feeds our love of rock, and brings our sound.... to your ears.

A perfect example of modern technology at work. December of 2010 a lowly Guitarist(Matt) and Singer(Brandon) sought out to form a music project. Searching the deepest darkest depths of craigslist they stumbled upon a bassist (Paul) who fit their stringent criteria. Low and behold these two men also fit Paul's measurements. After the first Jam, they all knew it was meant to be.

After writing three killer songs it was time to find someone capable of smashing some skins. Back to the craigslist the trio went. Anyone in the industry will tell you that finding a drummer is definitely a process, and it was. The painstaking process payed off when a cymbal crashing, time keeping warrior (Grace) tried out in May of 2011.

The band was set and the first show was scheduled. Just before the first show at The Mix in Seattle's Georgetown was set to take place, tragedy struck. Guitarist Matt had to travel cross country to care for pressing needs. A set back, but now that the name was set - WinterSeeker - it was time to hunt for another 6 strings of fury. Of course again, craigslist was the go to resource.

Fueled by the likes of Randy Rhodes and many others, Marc brought a new sense of sound to the jam. Quickly it was known, the eclectic nature of the four would continue on, from July 2011.

The crew are currently working on their first EP release, featuring 'Runaway Nothing,' scheduled to be out late winter/early spring '13.
