Ronald Tucker has fronted many live bands as singer, songwriter, and guitarist. He has released eight CDs to date. In Bullwinkel Gandhi he played the southeastern club circuit and released two CDs, “Kung Pow” and “Swirlygig”. Kung Pow (produced by Mitch Easter) is a tour-de-force of sharp songwriting, layered harmonies, and driving rhythms. Through various distributors over the internet both Kung Pow and Swirlygig has gained the band, and Tucker, a reputation as a major talent in the Underground pop scene. Ronald is also a founding member of the Psycadelic/Pop group Poppy Nosh. Poppy Nosh’s three releases are “In The Garden,” “Sour Apples,” and “We Turn On,”a 2006 release which was produced by Mitch Easter and also includes him as a musician. Ronald’s solo CD “Clone Farm Carnival” has already made ripples in the new technodelic/pop world. Ronald also released a CD with the band Wonderwall titled “Delicate Balance” in 2007. Ronald’s last release was his 80 song MP3 Disc titled “Catch Up”released in 2009. Anyone who enjoys thoughtful and clever music indeed owes it to themselves to experience the music of Ronald Tucker.
