Sandmarx is a new rock band, formed in Norway in the fall of 2009 by vocalist Sandra Szabo and guitarist Marcus Greenway. The music is mostly inspired by hard rock bands like Guns N’ Roses, Avenged Sevenfold, Shinedown etc.

Sandmarx has played many shows in different cities in Norway, and in the summer of 2011 they also played in Birmingham and London. They have supported bands like L.A Guns, Audrey Horne and Lucky Lew.

After members in the group and also the band started uploading videos to YouTube, the recognition of Sandmarx has been, and still is, increasing in a fast pace, and the response from the audience has been overwhelming.

In 2011 they released their first album "Rock n' Roll Ain't Easy", and in 2012 they released the EP "Fancy Cars and Fat Cigars" with songs like "Liar", "Jack", and "Buy the World". In November 2012 they shot a music video for "Liar" that will be published in the early summer of 2013.

Their newest song "Sorrow" has just been released with video, and will be included on their next album.

Currently, Sandmarx is working on new songs and new videos.
