"An Evening of Kurt Weill Songs" Anne Kerry Ford has made her mark as one of the foremost interpreters of the music of German composer Kurt Weill (1900-1950). Ford was the vocalist with The acclaimed WDR Big Band in Cologne, Germany's Philharmonic Hall for Weill's centenary, and her CD "Weill" (which features live performances from that concert) received rave reviews from publications around the globe. She brings this theatrical concert to 142 Throckmorton Theater for one special evening: a very theatrical singer singing some of the most beautiful and poignant songs written by this musical master. Ford will be accompanied by pianist John Boswell. Special guest is Tony nominee Brian Lane Green.
