Anne graduated from Juilliard when she was twenty and made her Broadway debut in as Grace in “Annie”. She appeared in the films “Lovesick”,“Clean and Sober” and “Fearless”, as well as numerous TV shows. Ford returned to Broadway to appear in “Threepenny Opera” with Sting. In 2000, Anne was the vocalist for the WDR's Big Band for Kurt Weill’s centenary in Cologne, reprising this concert at The John Anson Ford Amphitheater in L.A. The concert recording of Kurt Weill’s music, her thrid solo CD release entitled “Weill” earned her a reputation as a foremost interpreter of Weill’s music. Ford now focuses on her concert and cabaret appearances, notably at The Neue Galerie in New York City.
