Andra Dare / Press

"Creul" Andra Dare seduces with her own blend of darkwave. Don't pigeon hole Andra Dare's music as industrial or gothic, rather appreciate her vast alternative interests and influences for a realistic blend. Andra Dare's dreamy vocals on "Fury" is the perfect backdrop for a warm Spring day at about when twilight hits... "Metis" is a spacey stepsister of perhaps "Collide" with some twisted tuning and dreamy, and dark shoegaze. My overall favorite may be "Horses" with a beautiful folk/goth intro that spins a web of a danceable classic in the making...don't think EBM beats....rather...DCD realm. Stunning. There are some industrial tracks and guitar perfection, it's a well rounded cd that has staying power. We want more Andra Dare....!!!
