“Amarillo Highway is a group of country music-loving musicians who have already released their first album after being together a mere six months. The band is headed by Texas native Dub Reed, a singer/songwriter who has played everywhere from Salt Lake to Nashville. Having recently returned from living in Nashville, Reed has joined up with Wes Becker and crew to form Amarillo Highway, a five-piece band that has no qualms about letting their vulnerable sides show through the music. Along with playing as a part if Amarillo Highway, Reed writes songs that are pitched to radio stations in Tennessee and as they work to win over local country music fans, Amarillo Highway hopes to land something huge in Nashville. ”
