Bio
Not your typical Singer/Songwriter, Amanda breaks away from the "folk-singer" pack by applying aggressive and evocative storytelling to her impressive list of original material. Still in high school,this new aspiring artist is rapidly becoming one of the most sought out voices in the Singer/Songwriter genre. Filled with brooding angst, her songwriting reflects and weaves layers of teen struggles, politics and strong commentary on her past and current relationships. Amanda takes inspiration from artists such as Tori Amos, Fiona Apple and Sufjan Stevens. Amanda has also been heavily influenced by her families heritage and love of Celtic music both traditional and contemporary.

- Amanda was the winner of the 2007 Push/Play Original Music Competition that was sponsored by Pulse Weekly and the Allentown Fair. Amanda is a member of the NYC Singer/Songwriters Sessions.

- Currently a member of the New York City Singer/ Songwriter Club and is a regular at the Bitter End in NYC.
