This is the first of hopefully many free for download compilations. "Shut Up & Listen" came from from my first band when I was a teenager.. it was something my drummer would yell out so he can get a word in. No one ever listens to drummers anyway. 

Acoustic Punk.. or some would call it Anti-Folk. Or whatever fancy name you wanna give it.  Although many people play it.. many people might not know about it. Some people might see it as a gimic, but it really isn't.  Many musicians do it for many purposes.. maybe it's because they couldn't find a bassist or drummer to start a band, or maybe it's because they were sick of dealing with being in a band and wanted to do it on their own. Or maybe it's because of the price of electric instruments these days.  Each musican has their own reason. And I'm sure if you asked them they'd be more than happy to tell you why they do what they do.

The songs on this comp are all acoustic based. Some might have drums or other instruments on it, but that's ok.  Some of the songs are political, some are love songs, some are just hilarious.  Just sit back, download away, burn them onto a CD. And enjoy! It's free after all.
