Bio
All the basic info about Achachay:
• Pronounced “Ah - chah - chai”
• FUNK ROCK with a heavy dose of LATIN and DANCE grooves.
• Toured nationally, including gigs in 10 states and over 20 cities
• Four attractive 22 year olds on a mission to make people in your bar get out of their seats.
• From Austin, TX.
• Drive a yellow short bus that runs on used vegetable oil, known as the “Ho Bus.” More reason to book us: we love the environment! (No worries, we don’t smell like french fries).
• Can play several hours of original funk rock and hot cover material ranging from classic rock to hip hop.
• Opened for Ben Kweller in March 2009
• Lead singer toured internationally and played gigs in five countries
