The LP opens with “Intro” - a dark mellow beat-driven piece which features R&B infused vocals. “Mante2” – is more aggressive, full with an in-your-face chorus and some oriental elements in the beat, which add a very interesting dimension to the song. The sound keeps getting brasher – the explosive “Leish Keef” works as a showcase for ZeineDin’s impressive rapping skills. What’s more impressive though, is the rapper’s lyrical skill – as he raps about the political state in his home country, the depth of his words rings true and valid with each verse. Title track “Min Beirut” is a definite highlight – with the addition of a singing chorus to the catchy beat, the song comes to life. “Min Beirut” reflects the rapper’s heavy sense of ironic attachment to a city he both loves and hates. Luckily for us, ZeineDin’s immense talent as a writer and an MC carries this ‘heavyness’ with such ease. ”
