Yuni Sabatino was born in Mexico City, daughter of Spaniard immigrants and Mexican grandparents. She had her first experience in music performing as a flute player in a series of concerts at her elementary Montessori school. She was later accepted into the National Conservatory Of Music (National Institute for the Fine Arts) where she was trained in classical music as an Opera Singer.
