I’m happy to be doing music it’s a wonderful gift but trust me my road has not been all glamour in getting to this point in my career. I have been doing music since childhood, playing my Bugs Bunny drum set in my backyard drawing all the neighborhood kids as my first audience. I eventual began writing about the social ills I saw in my hood and things begin to come together for me as an Artist/Composer. I studied music formally through public schools and attending my Father’s (Bishop E.L. Marshall) church. Those were some great days. I enter Florida A&M University as a music major only to opt out and join the fight in social justice by studying Criminal Justice while pursuing my music in an unconventional way. While earning my degree I simultaneously worked for other productions companies and recording Artist locally and regionally. I had only wished that I could have my own Production Company. One day, a voice said to me open up that music magazine and pick every piece of equipment that you want. SO I DID! In 2005, Stardaa Music was born. My first release Shaun Stardaa Presents Soccorro “Come Ride wit Me went #1 on the Netherlands R&B Station Danceteria. Also, received love in London on that single as well. My recent single “I Wanna See U”  off my up comming debut as a solo Album Pro-Life has been on the Danceteria charts for ten weeks reaching the #1 three times.

I attend to do music that comes from real life situation, real life soul searching, real life love and lost. My career started on a wish and it turned into belief.
