Q: What differences have you found between Chicago's and Phoenix's music scenes? If any?

A: Well, we haven't had a chance to really dive into the music scene completely, but we've taken a look at the different bands in the area and what kind of music they play. There seems to be a lot more death metal bands, and less black metal. Abigail Williams, though (a very recent, popular black metal band), started in the Phoenix area, and has found success in the mainstream. As for the size of the music scene, it seems comparable to Chicago's. Thanks for asking!
