RuGGed Cross Band is currently a long-distance recording project between Mike Callan (from Greensboro, North Carolina) and Chris Long (from Placerville, California).  In the spring of 2008 we started writing and recording music together while still living 2,000 miles apart. 

Our mission is to share the love of Christ through music and to support "Rock For Life."   Give our new "metal rock" song, "Foolish" a listen, plus check out the lyrics, and you'll know just how serious we are about our pro-life mission.
