“What made you come up with the name of your band? I love music and chose the name because it is good advertising. I wanted to make sure that my band name stood out on postersor on my website, which is why I capitalized it. Plus I used IQ at the end because I am a smart musician. How many instruments can you play? When did you start playing them? Djembe (Drum), guitar, and harmonica which I like to practice while I drive. As a child I had a 70 year old babysitter who taught me how to play piano. We would play church hymns and Christmas music year round. I can read chord charts but not individual notes. I actually learned how to play music by reading and practicing Indigo Girl’s music books. Do you have any pets? I have two cats, Olive and Whoopi. They are my best friends. I miss them so much when I am on the road touring. What music do you like to listen to? I grew up on traditional country music, but I listen to Pop, hip hop, and classic rock. I would love to meet Adele or Eminem”
