“Musikfest artist: Easton School of Rock's Bank Street Band brings youth to Musikfest Some artists wait years for their musical talents to be recognized. That is not the case for the Bank Street Band, the working band of the Easton's School of Rock, who struck local music gold by being honored at the 2009 Lehigh Valley Music Awards. The 13-member group, with an average age of 15, is bringing their classic rock sound to Musikfest for the second year in a row. The young rockers are taught stage presence, how to play instruments and the history of classic rock from the School of Rock in Easton, a branch of the national School of Rock organization.”
