“Crazy Snake are a post-psych sound that specializes in long-winding space rock jams. The music features catchy rock and blues-inflected by pop, funk, and soul music. Crazy Snake is the brainchild of Dougié " Lé Pew" Wilson a Native American who comes from Tulsa, Oklahoma a town that brought us the likes of The Gap Band, J.J. Cale, Leon Russell, and the backing band for Eric Clapton in the 70's and 80's Bass player Carl Radle, Keyboardist Dick Simms and drummer Jamie Oldaker as well a string of other great artist. The Snake as Dougié "Lé Pew" likes to put it is a vast machine of years of influences from all walks of music. As a young concert going fan, he drew his influences from classic singer/songwriters, blues and rock guitar slingers, and jam, and funk bands which meant he embraced music as a way of life not just an experience. Eager to release Crazy Snakes debut CD/DVD this summer will result in a clever and passionate collection of songs that the world will enjoy.”
