Underground hip-hop legend Burrowz is a veteran studio and live performer with over 100 tracks on his credits. His opening act list is a who’s who in the entertainment industry. Baby Blue Sound Crew, Choclaire, Frank & Dank, Mr. Cheeks, Jon B and Carl Thomas, just to name a few. Sonny was born and raised in rural Brantford Ontario, where his musical influences started close to home. Burrowz embraced his musical calling as a second generation performer, following his uncles 1950’s band The 4 Rockin’ Jays. The influences of Rick James, Lionel Ritchie and The Gap Band helped to form his love for R&B, while Ice Cube, Slick Rick and Dr. Dre schooled a protégé.
