As anyone else I started as a fan and listener. But I got into writing in the Army and entered my first talent show and won 1st place. After the Army I formed a group call D.E.O.S. Deep Elements of Soul with the lyrical Todd Miles aka Gage and we performed a various talent shows and appeared in the 1999 issue of the Source Magazine as up and coming artist out of Louisville a.k.a Da Vill. I moved to Atlanta and met with the now late-great Bill Shruggs whom was an Music Engineer. He worked on Miles Davis Witches Brew and Parliment back in the day. We did several tracks together and he trained me how to produce and engineer out of his in home studio. I ventured into the Atlanta music seen performing at open mics etc.
