The 24th Peak Project began in 2006 when bassist Adrian Alexander knocked on the door of guitar/banjo player Jeremy Reffel while organizing for Environmental Action. Discovering a shared love of classic Americana, bluegrass, jazz, and rock, as well as a desire to make their mark on the modern music scene, the two made plans to collaborate.
